Can’t Paste Password?!

How is one supposed to follow password best practices with long passwords including symbols and whatnot if this app’s login prevents PASTE? I use a password manager. Copy from password app to then paste into password field is how this works. But not an option here.

Doesn’t work well on iOS13, unable to access voicemails, call history, and various other parts of the app are buggy.
