terrible app and service. It takes 15 attempts to register for the raffle. then they hold the money from the debit account for a week. after that, the order of the won raffle is cancelled. Promise to fix everything. but you don't do anything.
Entered a raffle for a new balance shoe release and got the notification that I had one and it still shows that I won on the app. About 5 minutes after receiving my order number I get an email that my order has been cancelled. I don’t see how you can raffle out more than what’s in stock. Very unprofessional and will not be using the app anymore.
Won a raffle once and received email that stated shoes were unable to be sent with no further explanation. Will definitely never purchase any items or enter raffles here again!
