Firmware update as of June 2, 2022 is not completing

Just opened the box to start this build with my son. Found that the firmware update of the Move Hub is stuck in an infinite loop, so I can’t get the firmware for the Move Hub updated and can proceed no further with this set. Disappointing.

DON’T BUY LEGO BOOST!!!!!

Honest review : this app is a complete crap. My kid is stuck on “updating firmware”!!!!!!!! The company should reflect on selling crap at this exuberant price when the kit doesn’t work at all. I want to go back to the shop for a full refund.
