Anytime you prompt one of the fragrances to turn on/off you need to close and restart the app. It will populate an error but the request is still completed. I wish as much time went into developing the app as curating fragrances because they do smell really pleasant.

I have the occasional issue where the device won’t connect properly. However, it works well for the most part. I wish it it had a timer feature though where I could turn it on for 15 minutes to an hour. Sometimes when I need a scent boost outside my schedule I forget to turn it off (perhaps that is what they want though) and a timer would be so beneficial.

My diffuser stops working all the time. When I look up issues it says you cannot use 5G Wi-Fi? This is ridiculous

I’ve been using them for two days and they don’t smell, I don’t know what else to do, but they wont smell

It has been since 4 years that some had requested for a boost functionality, when you ever add this in app? Atleast have an option to turn on the device in an 0.5, 1, 2, 4 timer without scheduling it.
