Horrible unsafe unprofessional service We were traveling to Northcoast the driver came at our spot (madinaty) earlier we were waiting but he didn’t ask, he left early without picking us The app was not working When the app worked we called him and We followed him to another spot (downtown).. he moved late and kept waiting for other passengers over 20 mins at ring road and dandy mall.. he changed the route and took El omied instead of borg el Arab, the app was not working, we couldn’t track the trip or give review for the ride, and we arrived 2.15 hours late and at a different point.. we were scheduled to arrive 1:45 we arrived 3:50 am !!!!!!!!!! And we had to fitch out another ride to reach our home !!!!!!!!!! the seats and the car were horrible and totally uncomfortable The driver was driving in a very bad way and he was wearing homeware and slippers !!! And finally.. the driver was not the one mentioned in the app.. he was a different person !!!!!
