Avoid. Frequent connection issues. Unclear in app what/where the problem is as far as which device has the problem. Weird when both are on the same WiFi network. Then app crashes/unable to load issues fairly often as well. Occasionally have to uninstall and redownload to get back into the app. Conveniently app not working around time of subscription renewal so I was unable to cancel before being charged again. Stay far away.
This app is great for being in the same house. I do wish that the notifications settings were the same across every device that’s signed into the app, but they’re not.
I LOVE THIS APP and so does my kiddos when we use it!!
The worst baby monitor app out there to me. It does nothing but buffer on the parent end and tell you that you can’t use it over two different networks despite being on the same network. It caused my phone to completely crash and would not uninstall without me rebooting my phone.
