It is taking minutes at least 5 or more to upload a receipt. If you leave before you get confirmation that the upload was received you do not get any credit. This needs fixed. Yes I have received the recent updates restarted my phone?????

Developers took an app that was already poorly done and made it even worse. 🤦🏼‍♂️ App now is basically forcing you to buy items you don’t need or want in order to get any points.

Could we better for offers. Same ones that are low pay out or items that are off brands or not common brands. Few times there are brands I use they are gone almost immediately. Many issues with items not being accepted and have to ask for review.

When I first started using it worked fine. Now every receipt I try to use won’t work.

When I tried to redeem cash, it required to send a code to my phone. I have changed my phone number, so I asked them to update my phone number. Then the customer service asked my government ID for verification. I said that I can’t send my sensitive information to you. They said they can’t do anything unless I give up my information. When I signed up, they didn’t mention that I need a government ID to use the service. If they mentioned it ahead, I won’t even sign up. They owe me about $27. Respond to developer’s response: My phone number was verified before. I just need to update it so I can continue getting the pin code you asked. I don’t want to give you my ID, so I asked to withdraw the money from my account then close it forever. But you kept asking my ID. No ID, no other answer. How desperate you are to collect peoples ID!
