The search function doesn’t work. You can’t search for ANYTHING, except for the example, which is Mark Twain. To me, that’s utterly useless.
I haven’t been able to get the search to work for several weeks now, and that is my primary use for the app.
We usually know the book we want and use the app to see if our closest library has a certain book, put a book on hold, and pick out which pickup location. The app has fit our needs for years. Now the search feature is not working. We cannot enter the title or author of the book we want. This may have come about after the most recent Google update, but regardless of the cause, the app is no longer useful for my family. I hope Plano fixes it!
In theory, this app is awesome & convenient. However, in reality there are so many glitches.
