Small but the sound it produces is AMAZING!!! Light, portable and takes very little space. Would be nice if controls were more visible to the naked eye especially for the farsighted users.
Why is this such a problem always? This app is the worst and it never connects successfully. Bluetooth says it’s connected. When tried to click play on the app, nothing is responding. There’s always a problem with this connection why??
As someone else posted on June 27th, since the recent software updates to the BL28 and the app, things do not work properly. The app locks up. Speakers disconnect and will not repair. Same problem now exists on my Emerges. Please fix the problems created by the recent updates. Have sent videos and screen shots of multiple issues since the update to B and O Customer support. No resolution yet. My dealer has also contacted B and O. No solution. I have read of this problem on another social media site. As no fix has been forthcoming yet, am posting here also so app developer can see it.
These are by far the best headphones . No comparison. The sound is incredible.
I love these earbuds. I do wish the software had a full equalizer rather than the stylish circle graph. I had some trouble upgrading to this version of the software 5.3.6. Every time I started the update it lost connection with my Beoplay EX. I resolved it by not following the directions perfectly. It says to keep the earphones in the case. I had to remove them from the case, make the Bluetooth connection, and then put them back in after it started. A little strange but it worked.
