I’m running the latest version of the app on the latest version of iOS. I can connect to the device fine via Bluetooth, but you can’t update the air purifier via Bluetooth so you need to connect it to WiFi, however, once you connect it to WiFi you can no longer connect to Bluetooth. Once connected to WiFi, it no longer shows me any information for the device in the app other than the fact that it is connected to WiFi, the fan settings are just set at zero with no way to adjust them in app and the filters are set at 100%, clearly the app is not syncing with the device when connected on WiFi.
The air unit is one of the best in the world. It connected to Amway yesterday and updated its’ firmware and now the app is working. If it continues to work I will add that fifth star.
Haven’t been able to connect to our unit to app since November… need to change filters but not sure what filters I need to replace so the unit has just been sitting turned off collecting dust since I don’t want to use it while filters are red.
I love the atmosphere mini! My daughter and I sleep well and her nightly cough attacks have not occurred since I received the mini. However, the mini keeps disconnecting from the app and will not reconnect.
We continue to have issues with the app connecting to the atmosphere mini, but the functionality is amazing otherwise! You can truly feel the change in air and my stuffiness is almost nonexistent now.
