So I disagree that it simply doesn’t work. Over 4 weeks of use, it has done what it needs to: turn the pumps on/off, change the temperature, change the filter schedule, etc. Except the two times the server was down, it did what I asked every time. But it is awful the screwball way that you touch a button then it flips back to the prior setting then in maybe 5 or 30 seconds jumps to what you want. Very confusing. Setup was ok, except they declare they provide zero end-user support, and you are supposed to rely on the store you bought it from which is sales guys who don’t know the technology. So you are on your own with poor FAQs and a funky app. Good luck. But it does work for me.

I paid several hundred dollars to have my hottub control panel hooked to wifi. This app is worthless. Works less than half the time, needs to be power cycled often to get it to work.

This app is serviceable, but only barely. Most areas seem to work, even if they are clunky. The one area that consistently doesn’t work for me is setting schedules. The screen where I choose the temperature, rest/ready, and the range (not sure what that means) rarely responds to my changes. I tap and absolutely nothing happens. I can go on to the next screen to set time and repeat, but can’t change the temperature details, making this “feature” next to worthless. Would also love it if my phone could alert me when my spa has reached the desired temp but I’d rather have the current features function properly first.

Constant headaches, spas don’t connect anymore and all it ever shows is ‘spa is offline’.

I’ve never had to use such a horrific app in my life. On top of being the exact opposite of user-friendly, 50% of the time it’s off-line and can’t find my Wi-Fi - which is apparently more than powerful enough for the literally dozens of other wireless devices within 100 yards of the exterior my home (my hot tub is 5 feet from a wi-fi booster). If I could, I’d give it a zero. The company responsible should be sued into non-existsnce. Then again, I expect nothing less from Coast Spas or anyone with whom they partner.
