Photoleap for Android

This used to be my favorite and go-to photo editing app. But when I open it now it closes after two seconds. I’ll have to cancel my subscription since the product doesn’t work.

So I just downloaded the app and it was working great and then I thought about a project import a photo, but for some reason, you can’t add more than one layer, and in my opinion, that is very stupid. I would love to play your app until I could get more than one layers

I had a billing issue and their support team was incredibly kind and helpful. Good customer service is so rare these days, especially with apps, so I always make a point to highlight it when I notice it.

Lightricks has the best photo editing software out. Very user friendly, produces great quality. I’ve wasted so much money on a ton of other apps..I learned that There was nothing they could do that Lightricks couldn’t do better.. some of the things I’ve seen others do is awesome. I know I’m not going to go anywhere else.

On the surface, this app had potential. That potential is severely degraded by the following things of which you should be aware: - Lost Projects: Apparently, there is no way to back up your projects. If anything happens to the app, regardless of if you do it or not, those projects will be deleted. So updates, uninstalls, et al will remove them from your devices. Your work will disappear along with your patience. - Poor Customer Service: The “Customer Experience” person you write to about this will not be able to help you. I sent several emails only to be told “Sorry, nothing we can do.” With cloud services available today, this is should not happen. For those of you out there seeking a powerful app to make amazing creations, only to have them disappear without a trace after hundred of hours of work, buy this app. For those desiring to keep your work, go to a competent service provider. Disappointed
