    • Wish it worked

      I was really excited to use this after reading about it online, but my timezone is wrong and there’s no way to manually change it, which means that my date on the calendar is a day off. The interface is clunky and multiple settings state as “undefined”. With the last bug update being 7 months ago, it seems like the devs have left this behind.

    • Mood and energy predictors a plus!

      It irritates the mess out of me that cramps are labelled “stomach cramps” (as if that organ has anything to do with menstruation - though at last check science still doesn’t know if cramps originate in the uterus or the cervix so whatevs). The app also lacks any tracking of cervical fluid and could benefit from a screen that shows cycle patterns over time but for the most part it’s doing the basic job of calendaring.

    • Incorrect information

      The app says that during phase one of menstruation, when hormone levels are at their lowest, that I should maximize my exercise training!!! What?!

      This app is so cool! I can’t even believe it exists. It’s such a great way to track and understand my cycle in relation to my training. Highly recommend it.

    • I seriously love this app!

      This app is soooo full of helpful information about all things related to women, our menstrual cycles and training. This is the best app I’ve downloaded this year! If you’re looking to learn more about all of the areas I listed previously (plus more because there is sooo much information) then go ahead and get this app. You won’t be disappointed.
