June 27, 2022 ~ I just switched carriers (from T-Mobile to Metro) a few days ago. So far, I’ve been quite satisfied with the “carrier switching process.” I wouldn’t classify myself (a senior citizen) a being tech savvy, however, I found the app very “user friendly.” In addition, I want to give a special shout-out to Ms Elinetzy Pagan (store location: 2401 Cheltenham Ave, 19150) who provided me with outstanding service during the process of changing carriers. She has excellent customer service skills. Paul
Paying in the app doesn’t work and when asking for help they can’t even offer any. Was told to check if my card was actually good at the bank when I’ve just come from the bank with them saying nothing was wrong. So best advice is just go ahead and pay the extra fee for paying in store.
Almost never works even though I only need it for 1 day a month. When you call to let them know they tell you to have good wifi and update the app. Hate having to call and nobody understands anything anyone says. It sounds like they literally are just reading a script. Horrible.
This stupid app I payed my phone bill this month and now I can’t use my data or open the myMetro app to understand what’s wrong. I call metro to try to fix it but they keep hanging up.
