On this app when i scan my receipts i can get points that i can trade in for gift cards! Also the customer service is awesome! Around thanks giving my account got suspended for reasons that wasn’t my fault and they unbanned me. But before i knew that my points that i had on my account expired. Luckily through there insta dms i messaged them about it and i got my old points added back on!
I think that you shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to receive rewards because, most of the available items are not healthy, the rewards should also have healthy items to receive points as well!
They have gotten extremely skimpy on their points. I even look at what brands and items they have points for, but when I scan my receipt I don’t get the points they are offering and can’t challenge it. I was very happy with this app in the beginning but they hardly give you any points anymore. It’s very frustrating.
This app was great for a little while, but after a week or so, all you receipts give you 25 points and you have to buy special items to get extra points. This was disappointing itself because it’s very hard to actually save up for and buy gift cards when you barley make any progress. On top of that, when I finally got 50,000 points, I got banned. This app was very disappointing.
You need to add more fetch merchandise like a sweatshirt or sweatpants or long sleeve shirts…. Love the app
