I love the game but it will not let me get account

Good app but several issues

-The app crashes quite often, I can’t finish or even start a race , but they still debit my token account. Not cool - a number of time I received penalty for no reason. Granted I was close to the start line or to another boat, but didn’t cross early and complete maneuver without forcing the other to alter course. It seems like there’s a mismatch between the visual and the actual size of boat - I m playing in an Android and the app closed on me many times during a race when I m pressing the buttons to close to the bottom of the screen. App interprets as swiping up to close the app. It’s too sensitive, or button position is too close to the bottom edge
