An app an old guy (I’m 59) like me can keep up with. Relaxing passive stretches. Each routine moves at the right at the right speed. I have arthritis in my left knee. So easier progressions for lower body stretches would be appreciated. But I can still do 98% of the stretches. Overall, a great job.
The routines are fantastic. That said, the app is extremely glitchy on Mobile, and AppleTV. It will routinely fail unless you log out and login again. When I contacted their support, they were both rude, indifferent, and eventually just “ghosted.” Canceled my subscription.
You can’t buy through AppStore you have to buy online and this causes so many problems with your account when you try to use on your phone. Also, if you cancel auto renew, they immediately revoke access to programs, even if you have two weeks left for that month. Do better ROMWOD.
I really needed a disciplined way to stretch and be consistent. This ap gave me a great platform and really help me improve my fitness.
I’ve had the app for a couple of years. Really liked it at first, but lately it’s been buggy (e.g., I currently can’t access any of my favorite workouts because the app shuts down as soon as I select the workout); the search engine is completely worthless (seriously, if I search for an exact title, that should be the FIRST workout that appears, not a random workout that happens to contain one of the search words somewhere in the description - often, if the title is generic enough, I’ll get 50 results and none of them are the workout I’m looking for); and the workouts are redundant (literally, some of the older “named” workouts are EXACTLY duplicated in some of the newer workouts, where the title started with a date). Finally, it would be nice if there was a better mix of movements in each workout / more “full body” workouts. Having 5 “leg day” - oriented workouts in a single week is ridiculous. Upper body needs way more attention. Overall, for the subscription price, I expect better.
