I love this app. People who have vast amounts of knowledge and experience with midi/mpe, just like experts in any field, tend to be critical. That should be expected. This app allows you to play your seaboard with your phone. It has some built in sounds. It’s free. It’s not a replacement for any of their amazing software, but it does what it’s supposed to do and I love it.
I see from videos that this is supposed to be polyphonic, however it is not so for me. I cannot play more than one note at a time with any sample. I'm not sure why it is like this but it makes it not very useful. Is there a setting I'm missing? I can't find one. Could also use a way to turn off the reverb.
What is the point? Why buy sound packs if there is no method of recording anything. No inter app audio no audiobus. No nothing.
I spent real money on added sounds but it won’t let me download them. It always says fails to connect the store. It never installs no matter how much I press
The sounds themselves are very very good, but without IAA or Audiobus it’s useless for recording. If this had AUV3 I’d give it 5 stars, if it had IAA 4 stars, but as is 1 is about as high as I’m willing to rate it. Bummer
