The ap has prevented me from buying gear from gc. Literally, i tried buying gear and it wouldn’t let me. The website operates much better. This app could be improved.
The app is just painful to deal with. Too many bugs and glitches from item alerts refusing to save unless you delete the app, saved searches not working, routing you to the login page whenever you want to add an item to the wishlist when you’re already logged in, then not being taken back to said item’s page so you have to scroll all the way down just to find it again, etc. These are just the complaints I can remember off the top of my head. I only complain because I appreciate this company’s services and wish their app was better and easier to navigate so I can do business with this company.
I am disappointed that the app only shows you what is available in the main warehouse and not what’s available in a store near you. There are several apps in and stores, nowadays, that will tell you stock levels. It would be so amazing to just find out if a product is at a store near me instead of having to drive all the way to the store. Now, I can always call the store, but what is the point of the app if I have to call the store before going down? Update this app to help reflect store inventory.
Can’t get past the home screen. There are no links, just 5 pages telling you how many wonderful things you can do with the app. Unfortunately, that’s it. Dead end.
