Crash

The app works great when it wants to I’m currently trying to edit my videos in both manual and auto but the app keeps crashing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled still the same thing. Wasn’t doing this before the recent update.

Videos are unobtainable

I’ve had two DJI spark drones in my life, I don’t know how, but I was able to get videos from the drones SD card to my Android. As of late, I have NO WAY of moving ANY 1080p videos to my phone from the SD card again. I don’t know if it’s an Android error or a DJI error, but I am giving both zero stars. I will NEVER be buying another DJI product again.
