Charged my card for over a week

I downloaded the app just to test it out. I could not afford the $79 they wanted. I had no money in my account for over a week and everyday The App would attempt the charge of $79. I received back pay of $200 at 7:29am and at 7:30am This App charged the $79. I tried to cancel subscription thru Google, unsuccessfully. I emailed the App, nothing back.

Irritate apple customer

I have emailed customer service and stated I never asked for this service never used it yet they charged me $74.99. I am disputing with Google and my bank you thinks someone would get back to me but this is theft!!

Bait & Switch —this app doesn’t transcribe

The app advertises that it can transcribe calls. IT DOES NOT TRANSCRIBE RECORDINGS. I’m a student and I have assignments that require me to interview experts in my field. I then must submit the interview. The (illegal advertisement) bait and switch in this app will now cost me extra hours of work. ***DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP***
