3. The OneCare Mobile app has the tasks for each day that can be used for healthy living, falls prevention and chronic disease management.

4. Our mobile app has the ability to take your vitals each day through iHealth Labs FDA approved integrated bluetooth devices.

5. Behavioral science is a key part of healthcare, and we believe that the more educated and involved you and your loved ones are, the better you are to take control of your health.

6. OneCare also has complete education and behavioral coaching to help you better understand chronic conditions.

7. If you do not have any of these bluetooth devices, they are available at Best Buy and Walgreens, or you can just manually enter in data via the keyboard if you have a different brand of device.
