Big improvements

Since my last review of reporting this game for the developers allowing the harassment and bullying of other players publicly, every support ticket I have sent has been taken care of quickly and appropriately. I can enjoy playing the game again without getting verbally harassed every time I speak on world chat. Awesome job.

Don’t bother

After 11 years of playing this game it’s honestly not worth trying to get into now. The grind is insurmountable as a new player. The black market (trade rooms on 3rd party) has left huge distance between casual players and big spenders. The support team is non existent. Frequently my support tickets are not closed, responded to or even actually investigated. Outside scripts make it so players can cheat without being caught due to the lack of care or lack of skill on the developers part.

I just got this app today and I only have a banned promt, how do I remove this?

Bad support

I had fun on the game and spent lots of time on the game and money. But after awhile they banned my account for no reason at all. I didn’t cheat or anything and poof my account was banned out of no where.
