I just placed a large catering order through EZCater that was never delivered. I contacted EZCater to find out what was going on. Twenty minutes later they finally reach out to the caterer only to find that the driver left because the order wasn’t fulfilled. However I received a text from EZCater that the food had just left the restaurant. So which is it? Who knows. But I’m pretty sure I’m done using this app because they don’t have the right process in place to confirm an order. I’m just going to order directly from the restaurants now. At least then I can get a straight answer.
I’ve used EZ Cater since they first came into existence and find them very professional and very good about follow up!

Every time I have called to speak to a representative I get someone who is courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I appreciate all of the time they put into making sure my order is right!
Love using EZ caters but was a little annoyed when my food totaled $49.98 and they wouldn’t deliver do to it not being $50.
