Registration is not enabled

I purchased the gps tracking device and installed it successfully and used through SMS. I also followed the link in one of the SMS and installed this application. However, we should register to use the application as we cannot login as Guest. The problem is that Registration is not enabled in the application!! This application is very poor.. It says “Not open user registration. Please contact the vendor”. And there is no single information on how to reach or contact the vendor. Very poor experience with this application:(
