While it was slow to locate me during Ian, it was working. Now, it crashes instantly when I attempt to open it.
News media was providing updates HOURS before this app. App does not adjust with large font sizes on phone. Map key blocks quarter of map. Does not function properly when out of area. I was traveling and needed information about hurricane preparation for my home. The app wasted precious time needed to make arrangements. So many things need improvement, but top three: 1. Faster updates 2. Allow user to sign in and then have app recognize address so we don’t have to enter same info again and again 3. Adjust for larger font sizes on phones. Plenty of residents in Pinellas over 40 who need reading glasses. I couldn’t make out half of what it said because text was cutoff and/or overlapped.
Counting on this to provide guidance and notifications for hurricane Ian. Got push notifications ok, but when I clicked it, app crashed every time. Just removed it from my apps. Junk
No information to be found on here! Going outside will tell you more about the conditions than this App.
Every time I get an alert and try to click on it the app closes instantly. It also did not recognize what zone I was in before I evacuated. It would be a great app if I could read what the alerts are. Very frustrating.
