Bird Photo Booth for Android

So many issues with the camera software and the Android app. I can always connect to the camera’s wifi but the app can’t always access the camera’s photos or live feed. The app just spins. Only rarely can the app connect to the photos captured on the camera for viewing or downloading. Once the connection is working, the app is very awkward to use. In order to share or save a photo, you have to copy it from camera to the app and then save it to the camera roll. Once the SSD card is formatted, it can’t be read by any computer I’ve tried. The SSD is not readable after connecting the USB cable to a computer either. This app and camera are not ready for consumers.

Why haven’t you done anything to update and fix the photo booth app? Your ratings are terrible. I tried to contact you via your website and even that has disabled contact links. Is this just a scam website? I have purchased a bird photo booth and camera and installed the app and the app does absolutely nothing. Nothing. Nothing shows on it. You can’t navigate it. Nothing.

I was so excited to download this app with my new bird cam. But it doesn’t work, ever. Furthermore if it does work, you have to be home and near device. I would like to view it from work, and I can’t. And even when I am home, it will not connect. JUNK

Fails to connect. I’ll probably try to get my money back.

This is useless....I don’t know if the camera has a sucky signal, or the app stinks....but there is no way, this app, and the camera work together. You can get them to recognize each other within 2 inches...but then it loses its signal. Boooooooo!!!
