Horrible UX

Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if it actually worked. I’m curious if this app was ever QAd. I had multiple unsuccessful experiences trying to schedule appointments, and many other small frustrating things. Unfortunately, it makes the Carbon Health service feel like a low quality when the actual care is quite good.

I wish I could get my lab results into the iOS health app as well. I could see all my results in one place then.

Needs a speed improvement

I like the app because easy it’s easy to talk to my doctor. But I don’t like the layout and the format. Can be confusing to determine my medical history from one month to the next. Also the app is extremely slow.
