1. For your safety and privacy, your map location within the app is intentionally altered randomly & variably by at least 100 yards and 360 degrees, so your exact GPS location is never revealed to other app users, but your exact location always appears on your app.

2. When you download WhosNear™ and click on a user’s map pin, the unique user name will appear and if you click the user name, a sample text message pops up.

3. When registering for the first time you will be given the opportunity to OPT OUT of receiving text messages from other users permanently.

4. Alternatively, if you OPT IN during registration to receive text messages, you may simply OPT OUT or back in at any time by clicking on the SMS button at the bottom right corner of the app screen.

5. With the WhosNear™ app, you can locate and anonymously connect with others and them with you via text.

6. You can choose to use the sample text as provided or modify it to your own style before sending it.

7. All users remain completely anonymous until they have checked each other out and feel comfortable communicating.

8. Your map location does not allow others to follow you.

9. Your location only updates when you choose to refresh your app.

10. Privately & Anonymously connect with like-minded supporters around you Without being Censored.
