When it works, it kinda works

The app is okay, limited, when it works it kinda works. When it doesn’t work there is absolutely nothing you can do to adjust settings. Been needing to adjust for almost a day and the app keeps telling me the portal is offline.

Frustrating

Tried to pair with my existing and functional portal router. Three different phones, all up to date, failed to pair. Impossible to setup mesh network without pairing. No support available.

Useless app

This app is terrible. I’m connected to the internet through Portal. But the app says “Something is wrong. Portal is offline”. I have the latest iOS installed on Android 12 Pro.

Can’t find Portal router

I set my phone right on top of the router trying to pair the app via Bluetooth and it STILL couldn’t find the darn router. Giving up after many many attempts.
