Took 20 mins to download on the pub Wi-Fi - why on earth do you have a 76mb app that nobody wants on their phone. Also - don’t make me give you my photo - that’s creepy.

Pub lost business

Why can’t I just order food without creating an account. Really really stupid. I don’t have a UK phone number so I couldn’t create an account. Gave up and moved on to a different pub. And to think, someone actually approved this app! Just bad for business

Couldn’t onboard

Just wanted to order some food. Wasted time downloading this app only to find that it couldn’t onboard me with a US phone number, not that the app said that, to the contrary, it rambled out an error about an email even though there’s no email entry in the onboarding flow. Onboarding has to be fast and pain-free. It is not in this app. It didn’t take advantage of Google’s APIs for automatic password management, so you have to type out a password. If it worked at all.
