How do I delete a deceased pet from app?

I started with pet parade a while back when they were not trying to get your money to enlarge their app or for what ever reason it was fun and simple now you basically pay for your pet to win I kinda stop going on the app because of my long hours at work so they close my account which was okay with me I recently join back but in the process of trying to open my old account I couldn’t so I called for help and was told to just open another mind you they tried too anyway I did and that’s when I notice everything had changed for the worst I was on a couple of months and my pet won a three dollar Amazon gift card but I could not open it so I texted for help and received a text back saying we are closing your account because it was against the rules to have two accounts WHAT really I was told I could if you did all that rather than give me three dollars looks like Pet Parade company needs it more than me

I’ve loved pet parade for years, it has always been one of my favorite apps and it helps me creat a stronger bond with my fur baby! However, I wish SO badly we had the old prizes back. The prizes now aren’t bad .. but before you could really win things your pet would use daily. It was amazing to have these items for our time on the app! I also REALLY wish we could choose our own pictures for a face off sometimes. I understand the cheating problem from before, but it always picks the oldest pictures I’ve taken lol. All in all I’m so happy with this app as always, but I do miss some of the old features.
