No landscape view, constantly crashes

I use my Mobile in landscape 95% of the time. Why not have this feature?

Backup contacts says “Error”

Nothing more! No indication what the error is, no indication what is causing it, no indication how to fix it. Yet my Android handles my current in-phone contacts just fine — but not iduo. USELESS!!! Update: deleted the app, re-installed, and was able to backup contacts again. That should not be necessary.

Does not work with iPhone X

I downloaded the app and went to my internal storage to begin transferring pictures and files. Once you click on the pictures the app crashes. I looked to see if there was an update but there has not been one since November. Note that there has been SEVERAL iOS updates since November. I’m returning the product to Micro center
