Horrible experience on the app, terrible experience with their customer service, and the entire operation is simply incompetent. I would advise you to book elsewhere, as to save yourself the headache. This company may attempt to reach out to you and "resolve your problem", but actually will just string you along until you are too frustrated to deal with the issue.
I booked and paid, later got an email from them asking for more money to confirm my booking!! I refused to pay extra money then I asked for a refund they said you will get it within 20 days! Now its over 60 days and i still didn’t get my money back!!!! After contacting them for many times now they saying we can only add this money to a wallet for you to use for future purchases!!!! THEY ARE SCAMS THIS IS SERIOUS WARNING!!!!!!!!!
My biggest regret was choosing Rehlat as my booking app for my flight. The employees are unprofessional and very disrespectful. I needed my flight date changed and both employees that I called said they would change the dates to my flight. Well when I looked at my emails it said my flights are non changeable or non refundable. Which makes no sense because I paid for a flexible ticket. Both employees wouldn’t tell me why they couldn’t change the dates. Also when I was on the phone with the guy he started screaming at his kids and he didn’t stop he hung up on me. Rehlat is scam don’t waste your time on this app like how they did to me!!!
شركة أو بالأصح منظمة تضم مجموعة من اللصوص انتبه تتعامل معاهم والله اني اتكلم بصدق معكم والموضوع لايخصني أنا فقط بل كثير ممن تعاملوا معهم ولايغرك انك سبق وتعاملت معهم ومشت أمورك معهم في المره الأولى ولكن اعتقد تعتبر زي الفخ اللي يستعمل لجذبك للتعامل معهم مره أخرى و وقتها راح ياخذوا فلوسك بدون أي وجه حق والمؤسف اني أطالبهم بأموال تم سحبها من حسابي اثناء محاولتي حجز رحلة معهم وتم سحب المبلغ بدون حجز الرحلة وبعد التواصل معهم أكدوا ان الرحلة ارتفع سعرها وعلي دفع مبالغ زيادة لحجز الرحلة واروح ابحث في عدة مواقع عن سعر نفس الرحلة بنفس اليوم والوقت ولقيتها في بعض المواقع أرخص وبعدها طبعاً رحت بحثت عنهم في مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي ولقيت كثير من الشكاوى والتحذير من التعامل معهم وبناءً عليه تكلمت معهم وقلت خلاص ما ابغى احجز وافادوني انه مافيه مشكلة وانه الرحلة اساساً لم يتم حجزها بسبب ارتفاع السعر وعليه سيتم إعادة الأموال بعد 20 يوم عمل بحد أقصى وللأسف مر 60 يوم ولم يتم إعادة المبالغ المنهوبة من حسابي إلى الآن وكذلك قريت تعليقات لكثير من المتضررين بعضهم له سنه ولم يتم إعادة امواله
I did reservation through this app, it pops up on google After payment go through I contacted the Hotel and there is no reservation under my name, i called them from United States to UAE , agent said I will receive confirmation and never received it , IT IS FRAUD don’t even Think to use this app, don’t repeat my mistake , I’ve read every comment here, they reply but don’t solve the problem, I contacted my lawyer REHLAT I will sue you My confirmation is : RGL1736235
