I love this app so much I even paid for the year so i could use it for A&P1 and A&P2. All of a sudden it isnt opening. I have tried restarting my computer, uninstalling then reinstalling, sending reports to Google. Can not open the app on my Android (which is what I use in class.). Very sad I paid for it and now I cant even use it.
Love this app for medical school, and have used it religiously on my Mobile and Android. Recently, the file is no longer able to be opened on my Android. I was prompted to delete and redownload the file from the app store, only to again receive the message "Application file is damaged. Please delete file and redownload." I have repeatedly deleted the file, cleared all trace of the application from my computer, and still, through multiple Android updates, I am still unable to download and use Complete Anatomy on my Android. I have never typed a review on the app store before this one, so I hope it gets attention of the developers. Considering the subscription cost of this app, I truly hope the development team comes up with a fix soon. I have exams coming up!
I have used Complete Anatomy for several years and it has been my favorite app for referencing anatomy in school and in the clinic! I recently started my first year as a DPT student and was looking forward to using this app on an Mobile Pro I had purchased for school, but I no longer have access to the content I paid for several years ago. I am prompted to enroll in the company's subscription model. Since I paid for an individual license years ago (a fairly large sum), I expected to be able to continue using this application. Please help me with this issue, I have loved this app but I cannot justify enrolling in a subscription model when I have already purchased the app.
This is the app. I would love to hear someone tell me otherwise because anything better than this would be incredible. I use this with patients and research every time. Great work.
