Why would a company not support a device it’s still selling. I am unable to use the app via wifi to download my videos and pictures. I only use it for underwater so I am just getting to download content from my recent and I come to find out the company’s download app doesn’t supported it’s own device any. I am afraid of downloading a firmware for fear of total wipeout of my vacation pics/videos. I am beyond upset!

Connected through wifi network x360_94f and worked perfectly. I was able to download files from the camera to my Android. Maybe older models that use wifi network “action cam” need to be updated?
