This is a great app. I use it while in my observatory Much better than using a Star Atlas.
Active tracking no longer works.
So I bought the pro version and I’m disappointed I can’t search what planet the Moon is in unless it was in the sky at that specific time. Other apps let you go to that planet and even if it’s not in that sky at that certain time. It lets you search up whatever you can see in the sky at that date and specific time and location. But to see the planet moon or another planet it has to be in the sky. All it says is Moon (will rise at…) instead of letting me scroll through all the constellations. Gah. I do like that it tells you which planets are in which constellations but hate the fact that if you don’t see your planet, moon, or sun it will not giv you any info about it.
I played with this app for a while and was unable to make it work.
So great educational for who grow up…
