Great app

Idk what it is about this app, but its been the easiest one for me to keep up with and actually log everything i need. I took one star off because I would like a bit more customization, but overall I recommend this app for sure.

Pretty worthless

Awesome Tracker App for IBS!!

I finally went out of my way to find an app to help me track what I eat, track my medications, etc, and Cara Care has been so helpful. The app is free and works incredibly well. You can personalize your daily trackers to fit your needs best, and it shows you your worst/best foods based off of your tracked symptoms, etc. When I go back to the doctor, I will be more confident knowing I now have an effective method of keeping track of my food intake and symptoms. Awesome app for people with IBS!
