Five times I’ve connected the Bluetooth Wi-Fi says it was connected and goes right back to the beginning screen don’t know what to do at this time giving up Also going to return it because of this it’s 2022 you can’t get the Bluetooth right your product is not good would not recommend anybody buying this
I was able to add three devices and everything was great- and then nothing about an hour later. App can’t connect to any device.
Why does an air purifier need my location, especially if there’s no geofencing for functions? Why aren’t there schedules? Why must location be enabled to do anything on this app? This is nothing but spyware with a questionable air circulator. Very disappointed.
When I first connect The units to the Wi-Fi both the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth worked flawlessly. But after several weeks, The Wi-Fi portion seems to forget and I work on Bluetooth. But the Bluetooth only works for a while before it also forgets. My Wi-Fi just recognize the units but I cannot get the units to connect the app unless I resync everything again. This is either my third or fourth time before I’m no longer really using the app anymore as it’s almost pointless.
