I like it coz I can keep track of my customers and send them theirs orders right from the app . I real want if they can add this feature to send the invoices and products recommendations right from the app then I don’t have to go to my computer all the time
This is the most frustrating piece of software I’ve used. There is no training, no in-depth instructions. It takes hours to do what should be quick and easy. It is not intuitive you have to be a mind reader to find how to add a discount or change or add a new one. I’ve never added my inventory because I’m afraid of losing it in a glitch. Sorry but no one knows how it really works.
Just had an update a week or so ago and it has lost several of my customers orders. They are still visible on the website but gone from this app. Needs fixed asap
I used to love this app and relied on it for everything in my business. But since the last couple updates, it has only been saving CDS orders. It keeps deleting inventory orders even if I add the order multiple times. And now it is hard for me to see what products my customers are on and when they have ordered
What is going on? I updated the app and now all my customers are invisible. I have to go online to MaryKay.com to find my customers.
