I got in touch 2 with my spa, the part that hooks to the hot tub was installed when I got it, and we hooked up the other to our Internet as instructions said to do. Paired them together, have solid blue light on both, but the app will not connect to it from day one. have re-booted several times and still does not work
You’d think after all this time they would have figured out basic connectivity. It’s not like Wi-Fi is new technology. They just can’t seem to figure it out.
No Google Watch support. No electricity usage. App needs to be better. Not sure it is worth of money at all.
First time spa owner and this is the system they offered with my Bullfrog spa. Just started the spa today and the app or system is pretty much useless. I got notifications about the cover but when I go to open the app it says it can’t connect. I’ve been able to open the app and have it connect to my spa two times. I forget how many times I’ve opened the app and it failed to connect but I’d guess more than 40. Not sure how they can sell this product, complete garbage.
this app makes you feel you are back in the days before even windows 95. Can't e see or see the time, which the schedules are based on, can't set the temperature for a specific time, and most of the time when you set the temperature for right now, it will show it set, only to unset it minutes later. Its better than nothing, and until there's a competitor, they only have these reviews to push aside.
