I purchased this program to document our family items and leave a thorough inventory for our children. It is everything it claims to be. However, when trying to add a photo for an item I used my standard "import" command, which didn't work. Their developer spent at least an hour writing several emails, figured out my mistake, and sent screen shots and a step-by-step list of instructions! There are similar programs out there but with this outstanding customer service, I'd pick Blue Plum anytime!
I liked Home Inventory the moment I opened it. It is intuitive and gives you a lot more categories than you would think. I added much more information to my inventory than I thought I would and it makes me feel more secure about my stuff. I emailed the developer asking about a way to view and compile a report in a way I needed. He emailed me back within an hour and asked me a few questions. He then added the features to the program within 48 hours and had it available on the App Store right away! I've never had that kind of response!!! Well Done!!!1 Thanks!

I purchased this app with the intention of organizing some items and found it pretty easy to use - very thorough and adaptable. Nice to have photos and descriptions, notes all in one place. The developer responded to my questions the same day and was extremely helpful in making the app more useful to me! I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to organize their stuff!
I was not sure which program to get from BluePlum so I e-mail the developer, he answered me and recommended the Home Inventory (BluePlum). I have several collections, use to have the pics in my photos, the description in word and the receipts in another place. This program, I can put all of the above on one page, boy oh boy talk about nice. Wish I found this program sooner.
