This app is exactly what I need to keep track of my issues, but the developer has been unresponsive to my questions as to why it crashes on my Android. It works well on my Mobile, but seeing as I don’t always have that with me, it’s frustrating to not have this working on my phone. Other than that issue, I’m happy.
I started using this app in January, so have 9 months of data recorded for multiple conditions. I really loved the comprehensive data collection of multiple conditions. Now it crashes every single time I try to edit any entry on each device I try. I’m spending the day transferring everything to a different application—I need an application to consistently work. Unfortunately, this one doesn’t.
The older version had way less glitches. This app only works about a 1/3 of the time at this point. When struggling with chronic conditions, there is no patience to deal with these types of irritations. It is supposed to make it easier not cause more aggravation. I click to log something and the whole app just closes 2/3 of time. Please fix!
Everything about this app is a great idea. It seemed like the perfect thing I was looking for. But I cant choose my variables for a graph, it doesn’t fetch weather or barometric pressure like it says it does, you are stuck using it only on one device, and there is zero support.
It is without a doubt, the best app of its type I have found. Only one thing bothers me, entering a new pain reading. When I try to add a new reading, it often shuts itself down. I typically have to try it several times before it will open. Shutting down the app and then trying to add a new reading it still closes itself. It usually takes 3-4 tries to be able to make an entry.
