Wonderful Customized Sound App

This app has helped me hear more clearly and makes everything sound so much more awesome. If I use speaker phone for calls, it doesn’t hurt my ears anymore.

Mixed results at start, now I can’t even make a call?

Does the app now only work with the $10/month subscription? I tried the app briefly with mixed results at best. I wanted to try it again as I believe results are possible and wanted to see if it had improved. Now every call I try to make is immediately canceled, no reason given. If this is because I am still trying to use the free trial (which was unlimited AFAIK when started) it would be nice if it told me so. Seems less than useless right now.
