Designed to force you to submit deferral forms via this app. You dont even have to sign nothing this fake recovery system offers. You try to call to speak with someone and they force you to use the app by making you call back later and hanging up on you. Child support is nothing for kids its a money market for welfare recovery. This system is against mostly fathers and needs to be abolished. Debtor prison is illegal!

This app helps to keep up with updates and any case information. I also appreciate everything child support enforcement has done for my daughter! Without them it wouldn’t be possible for her to receive the support that she needs.

This app does offer slight convenience. However it needs a lot of work, the third party company for payment is not great especially if they need you to contact before payment processes they offer a small window to contact them and are difficult to get in touch with (apparently due to short staffing) if you get a late fee because of their mistake they will not waive the fees. Additionally in app figuring out the amount you owe is not very clear. One of the more difficult financial apps I have encountered. This may be intentional given how much profit is likely being made from these issues.

There is no advantage of using this app versus going to the website. It has no memory of anything you’ve ever entered in, so you have to enter in everything as if you’re going in for the first time. It doesn’t link to anything convenient like facial recognition, etc, and doesn’t even remember the credit card you put in from the previous day. This is literally the most dysfunctional app on my entire phone. *****UPDATE******* The app is still the worst one on my phone, but the lame, robotic response 6 months later proves my point that nobody cares. If this was an actual company vs the government funded garbage they force people to use to access the system, they would be out of business and the amateur level so-called developers would be out of work, and back to mowing lawns and cleaning houses.
