Glad they offered a 3 day trial, cancelled after about 15 minutes. Layout of app is not user friendly and they want a phone number at account setup so it will be interesting how much more crap telemarketing calls I will be getting. I’ll stick with Huntstand
The terms and conditions state you can cancel at anytime, on the cancellation link, found on the user information page, which doesn’t exist. If you search cancellation in the support page, ‘nothing found’ appears. They’re hoping you pay $3/ month forever. This app is a scam!
The app is ok, and does what it says, but I downloaded it with the free 3 day trial, and cancelled after 2 days. I determined it did not meet my needs. I was still charged for the subscription. I contacted support and they told me to take it up with Google. Google would not refund me. So I am out of luck and stuck with an app I won’t use. It is no good for me because everyone in the hunting club has to have their own subscription and that wasn’t possible. Support is NOT GOOD
They are unreachable. The website does not provide an email, phone etc. so I am trying the review route.
