The app doesn’t seem to work at this point in time September 2022

The app doesn’t actually work. I’ve tried creating a username and password multiple times and it doesn’t process. I tried multiple times, once the app stated I already signed up with that username. So, I went to sign in. Password was invalid. I went to reset the password ‘network request failed’ every time I try to reset

Doesn’t even work.

I am shocked to see people being able to even log in through the website I created an account but can’t log in through either the app or a web-browser.

Never loads after login

As someone who will be quitting in the next few days I was really excited about using this app to help. I created the account and logged in but I only get a loading sign and it literally never loads. For a large known company your app is a joke.

Can’t even make an account

Unable to get past the login screen. Just says loading. Seems a bit ironic that an app made to help people deal with the frustration and stress of quitting smoking would be so frustrating and ineffectual. Lol.
