Tennis TV for Android

This app works. The problem is every time I’m watching tennis on my Google TV, it makes me log in. It works for a few days, and then it makes me log in again. And the log in process isn’t easy. It’s complicated and incredibly annoying. For an app I PAY FOR! It’s the ONLY app on Google TV that does this.

Worst user interface on Google TV. Not much better on android.

Tennis TV, when will this issue be resolved? I pay for the premium subscription, yet receive no premium service as my viewing options are limited to my Mobile or my Android. AppleTV isn’t an option nor is Chromecast. This is just unacceptable for a supposedly upgraded app. Even more unacceptable is absolutely no timeline as to when this will be fixed and expecting customers to pay for a service you don’t deliver.

Love the app and access to all ATP matches (no grand slams as they don’t have the rights.) One thing I was thrilled to see was an update that indicated you the app would remember your login. Once you activate the app you get a cheery message saying you are logged in the app will remember your login for you so you don’t have to! Sounds great but every time I start the app (Google TV) the app asks me to go online to activate again. Very frustrating experience every time I start…

I’ve been a subscriber for years. This update is so glitchy that I’m seriously thinking about leaving the service. The constant need to sign in and put in your code on your phone is only just one issue. The menu freezes constantly and is not as intuitive. It takes longer to start streaming. Don’t know why they had to go on and mess it up but here we are..
