No restore purchase option?

So, we all know nanotechnology & how they operate these phones. Android in particular. I went to Google & they reset my phone & I lost all my apps. Went to re-download... most apps recognize the account information in order to restore purchases made within the app & there’s an opportunity to do so. Which is very satisfying & opens the door for trust with that specific developer & any other apps that developer has. Unfortunately, this developer doesn’t offer restore purchase options. Now, have to purchase again

Pixels not correct size

Tried to upload this and schedule to post to Instagram but always says the pixels are not the recommended size once the split. I know it's not my photo as I've tried several of these apps this one is going to be a refund.
