First truck “moved locations” the night before pickup. The second truck wouldn’t unlock remotely after waiting for customer service trying to figure it out. One star for customer service actually trying and actually getting a refund.

Brilliant Concept/Poor Execution

I love the concept of being able to rent my work truck when I’m not using it (which is fairly often). However, Fluid Truck’s app and website / overall platform feel like a beta experience. Thee are missing very basic features that make posting and managing your listing way more difficult and manual than it needs to be (e.g., collecting tolls, listing validation and management, etc.). Worse still is that the FAQs aren't helpful, and support is awful. They also only allow vehicles ten years old or newer with less than 100,000 miles. Commercial vehicles, if well-maintained, have a useful life well past that.
